Refund Conditions
Cancellations submitted in writing up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled discovery session are eligible for a 100% refund.
Once the initial discovery session is completed or repository review commences, fees are non-refundable due to immediate engineering resource allocation.

Refund Conditions
The 50% initial deposit ($750) is refundable up to 48 hours prior to repository onboarding.
Once workflow configuration begins, the deposit is retained to cover completed engineering hours. If cancelled prior to final delivery, the final 50% milestone invoice is waived.

Refund Conditions
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The 50% deposit ($1,500) covers infrastructure auditing and initial Terraform authoring and is non-refundable once work begins.
If a project is terminated prior to staging verification, billing is prorated based on completed deliverables.

Refund Conditions
This multi-stage engagement is billed across milestone stages. If cancelled during implementation, billing ceases for all uninitiated stages.
Completed stages are non-refundable, and all code, templates, and documentation completed up to the date of cancellation are delivered to the client.

Standard Cancellation Notice & Processing
Cancellation notices must be sent to IroncladDigitalSystems@proton.me. Approved refunds are issued within seven (7) business days via the original payment method.
Service Delivery Policy
How consulting scope is agreed, executed, validated, and transferred to your engineering team.
1. Consulting Scope Agreement
All engagements begin with an agreed scope document detailing project objectives, target environments, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. Work does not commence until both parties have executed the project agreement and the initial deposit is confirmed.
2. Staged Milestone Delivery
Work is executed and delivered in progressive stages: Discovery, Assessment, Architecture Planning, Implementation, Testing, and Documentation. Milestones are presented for client validation upon completion of each stage to ensure alignment with technical specifications.
3. Project Deliverables Handover
Deliverables are transferred via pull requests to client-owned repositories or direct repository transfer, accompanied by comprehensive architectural documentation, runbooks, and credential handover sessions. Deliverables are verified in a staging environment prior to final signoff.
4. Client Responsibilities & Dependencies
Delivery timelines are contingent upon timely client provision of necessary repository access, cloud console credentials, environment parameters, and technical feedback. Delays exceeding five (5) business days in client response will pause project timelines.
5. Communication Protocols
Primary technical and project communication is conducted via email (IroncladDigitalSystems@proton.me), scheduled video conferences, and designated shared communication channels.
