Terms & Conditions

Ironclad Digital Systems LLC provides professional IT consulting, DevOps engineering, CI/CD pipeline automation, and cloud infrastructure architecture. All work is performed on a defined-scope basis as detailed in executed package agreements or written statements of work. Any scope modifications must be mutually agreed in writing.

Consulting fees are billed in accordance with the selected package: DevOps Assessment ($500), CI/CD Pipeline Setup ($1,500), Cloud & DevOps Optimization ($3,000), or Complete DevOps Implementation ($5,000). A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to project kickoff, with the balance due upon delivery of final milestones. Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of issuance.

Deliverables are considered accepted upon client review and signoff, or automatically after five (5) business days following delivery if no written defect notice is received. Ironclad Digital Systems LLC will remediate demonstrable deviations from agreed technical specifications without additional charge during the review window.

The client agrees to provide timely access to necessary source code repositories, cloud hosting environments, documentation, and technical personnel. Delays resulting from missing credentials or unresponsive client feedback will adjust project delivery timelines accordingly.

Upon full and final payment of all project fees, all custom scripts, pipeline configurations, Terraform templates, and technical documentation authored specifically for the client shall become the exclusive property of the client. Ironclad Digital Systems LLC retains ownership of pre-existing tools, proprietary frameworks, and general engineering methodologies.

Both parties agree to hold all non-public proprietary information, technical architecture designs, passwords, and source code in strict confidence for a period of no less than three (3) years from project conclusion, using at least reasonable care.

Ironclad Digital Systems LLC adheres to industry-standard security protocols when accessing client systems. We do not store client production databases, personal customer records, or raw user data on local workstations. Access is terminated immediately upon completion of services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ironclad Digital Systems LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or consulting services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client under the applicable agreement.
